The company has started advertising for restaurant managers and assistant managers to lead, mentor and motivate a team.
The ad also mentions the role would include "recruiting and rostering a team of 30 to 50 employees", so more jobs could be on the way.
Grill'd describes itself as a chain that makes "guilt-free healthy burgers you don't need a hangover for". The burgers are 100 per cent natural with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
ALSO MAKING NEWS:
Grill'd was questioned by The Daily Liberal back in 2018 about setting up in Dubbo.
At the time a spokesperson said "in the words of a wise poet, never say never".
There are currently 140 Grill'd restaurants across Australia, however there are none located in the Central West. The closest to Dubbo is located in Newcastle.
Grill'd has been contacted for comment.
