The state government is urging residents of the city and region to check if they are entitled to any of it.
Minister for Finance Damien Tudehope said it was "quick and easy to check if you have unclaimed money".

"Simply visit the Revenue NSW website and type your name into the free search tool," he said.
"If you do find some money, lodge a claim with Revenue NSW and collect your money."
Mr Tudehope said more than $461 million in unclaimed money was currently sitting with Revenue NSW.
The government holds unclaimed money indefinitely.
It includes share dividends, trust accounts, refunds, commissions and money from deceased estates.
