The annual festival, first held in 2013, is presented by Dubbo Filmmakers Inc and encourages locals to get creative with their craft before celebrating their work with an eager audience who shares in the love of film.
Dubbo Filmmakers Inc president Kellie Jennar said she wants to see as wide a range of films as possible and of all genres, from narrative to documentary, music video, experimental and video art- there's almost no limitations.
"We will accept anything you can think of," she said.
"The only films we won't consider for the festival are those with overly-graphic sex, violence [scenes] or vulgar language."
Ms Jennar said the whole point of the festival is to promote filmmaking and film viewing across Dubbo, NSW, Australia and everywhere in between.
