Orana Mid-Western Police District has three new probationary constable who got straight into their work on Monday after being sworn in during an attestation parade last week in Goulburn.

The newest officers will begin their careers in Dubbo by helping keep the community safe during the COVID-19 pandemic and Acting Superintendent Natalie Antaw believes they will be wonderful additions to the region.
"These new officers will be a great asset to Dubbo Police Station and community," Acting Supt Antaw said.
"I commend them for choosing a career path that will not only challenge them but create some of their fondest memories.

Member for Dubbo Dugald Saunders also welcomed the three new officers to the region.
"I am delighted to welcome our newest police officers to the Dubbo community," he said.
All three recruits from a class of 226 previously completed eight months of foundational training in Goulburn and will continue an associate degree via Charles Sturt University during their year of on-the-job training at Dubbo Police Station.
