Spurs coach Ben Manson feels his side are in a pretty good place heading into the match will start round 13 of the football competition.
"We had a good training session yesterday [Wednesday]," he said.
"I think we are all looking pretty fit and no injuries so that's a good sign."
Spurs defeated Macquarie in their last match-up but Manson believes this match could be a lot closer.
"It's always a good game,"

"I know we beat them 4-0 last time but that means absolutely nothing, it's just about how you show up on the day.
"Macquarie are back in form and playing some good football so it will be a lot closer of a game than 4-0."
Last round, Spurs demolished Panorama 7-2 and Manson knows the attacking flair his side possess is here to stay for the rest of the season with only six rounds remaining until finals.
"We're obviously quite an attacking team," he said.
"We get forward a lot and try to get as many shots off as possible.
"To get as many goals as we need to do and last week they just happened to go in which is great.
"That's what we are trying to do and that's pretty much our philosophy, push forward and get goals."
Macquarie currently sit in fifth position but Manson knows they can cause some problems in the remaining matches.
"They're good, they've got all their players back," he said.
"It's been hard for them with injuries and all that happening at the start of the year.
"Now they've got their squad back and they have some exceptional players in the middle with Connor Crain.
"He's obviously one to watch and it's going to be a very good game with a bit of rain around which always makes it interesting.
"I think a few more mistakes will be made so I'm confident but also I know it's going to be a hard game."
Bailey McCabe scored two goals in Spurs last match and Manson mentioned he gave the young winger a bit of advice heading into their last match.
"I gave him a bit of advice which was to pull the trigger,"
"He always does everything right, he gets down the line well and gets in front of goal but the one thing he wasn't doing was shooting quick enough.
"He was holding it just a bit and my advice was to him if you see the goal shoot.
"He took that advice and scored a couple of great goals.
"He is still young and one to watch but he is getting better and better each week.
"He has started every game in the left win position because he has earned the position."
Kick-off is at 6:30pm.
