Kimberly Fyfe and Lillyann Mason-Spice, along with Narromine's Bec Smyth, will all make their season debuts this weekend against the Melbourne Rebels at Sieffert Oval in Canberra.
Fyfe is one the squad's four props and was excited to be named in the Brumbies side for the season.
"It feels actually really great," she said.
"It's a great opportunity to be part of the squad, I've been working towards it for a while.
"I've got a lot of support around me, a good club to support me and a lot of friends and family who are there to help me through, so it feels great.
"Even the team is very like a family culture and they're always there for you and always got your back even though I'm four hours away."

The prospect of playing with Mason-Spice and Smyth again is something Fyfe is looking forward to, having had the opportunity to do when all three featured in the Dubbo Roolettes side in 2020.
"It's good to play alongside people I've played with at local level," she said.
"It's a privilege, I really enjoy playing with those two.
"When I got the call back I was excited because I get to play with Lil at a high level."
Although she lives four hours away from Canberra, Fyfe and her other teammates in the region have made the most of the online resources available to them in preparing for the season.
"Our preparation is good, we had a meeting last night with the forwards and the team as well," she said.
"We have online platforms to learn and we do reviews each week so even us girls out west we get access to those resources that they put up."
"We've trained in the rain three times in the last three weeks so that's how our preparation as well."
This year's Super W will be shown on Stan Sport and Fyfe is looking forward to featuring on a big stage.
"It's great, I've been telling everyone but it is exciting to be on TV," she said.
For Mason-Spice, this season will be a bit different after playing the last few seasons with the NSW Waratahs side.
Fyfe and Mason-Spice have enjoyed a strong start to their local competition with the Dubbo Roolettes in second position on the Westfund Ferguson Cup ladder only due to for and against.
The Roolettes will have the weekend off this week while the men's sides travel to Cowra to take on the Eagles on Saturday afternoon and will be hoping for a win to keep in touch with the top four.
The match begins at 3pm.
