Protesters will be on foot for an hour on Friday morning bearing signs in a bid to draw Government attention to climate related issues in a bid to drive action.
School Strike for Climate, also known as Fridays for Future, Youth for Climate, Climate Strike or Youth Strike for Climate, is an annual international movement of school students.
This year the 'School Strike for Climate' is taken action against the money the 'Morrison Government' is putting into 'multinational gas companies, which are fuelling the climate crisis'.
The annual 'School Strike 4 Climate' invites students to strike from school in a bid to deliver the message.
The protesting at Victoria Park will run for one hour on Friday, May 21, from 9:30am to 10:30pm.
Protestors are reminded to do so peacefully and responsibly.
