Dubbo Family Doctors launched 1b in the city on March 22.
The following week it was joined by Dubbo Medical and Allied Health Group, Western Plains Medical Centre and Macquarie Health Collective.
The Western NSW Primary Health Network (WNSWPHN) now advises of four more practices able to administer the jab.

They are DubboCare Family Practice, Dubbo Regional Aboriginal Health Service, Macquarie Valley Family Practice and Bawrunga Medical Service.
Phase 1b covers people over the age of 70 years; people with serious underlying conditions; Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people over the age of 55 years, as well as some critical and high-risk workers and healthcare workers.
Currently the federal Department of Health is advising that the Pfizer vaccine is the preferred vaccine for people under 50 years of age.
But it also says the AstraZeneca jab is "safe for the vast majority of people".
Two Australians have been diagnosed with blood clots after getting the AstraZeneca vaccine.
WNSWPHN acting chief executive officer Robert Strickland says the 1b rollout in its region will not end until "everyone is done".
"As weekly deliveries of COVID-19 vaccines continue to arrive in our region, it is providing more opportunities for more people to become vaccinated, and we continue to appreciate everyone's patience during the rollout," he said.

The WNSWPHN suggests further advice about the jab should come from your "usual GP".
