Peachey started at lock but at times found himself floating in various parts of the back line, but it was at lock that he tore through a lapse in the Knights defence to lay on a simple try for backrower Kevin Proctor to open the scoring in just the first minute of the game.
Peachey's brilliant start would gone on to be outdone by million dollar teammate David Fifita.
Fifita scored three of the Titans eight tries as they found success against an under strength Knights edge defence.
Peachey told Titans media after the game that he was happy to help the side bounce back after a loss last weekend.

"Pretty happy, bit disappointed after last weeks performance so just wanted to have a good game this week and we ended up getting the win." he said.
"David (Fifita) was outstanding today, everyone played pretty well we were a bit rusty at the end which was disappointing.
"Last week was a bit rattled moving away for the week and it was good to be back home and trying to build something here, we haven't lost here yet so we are trying to keep that run going."
Titans coach Justin Holbrook told media after the game that he felt moving Peachey into the starting side was a no brainer.
"He was disappointed with his game last week but I thought prior to that he had been terrific, he didn't do anything poor last week but he stepped it up today." he said.
"He had a few chances to do somethings last week and didn't but I think today he did.
"'Peach' is offering that much of a threat with the ball and he showed again with our first try today that if you are worrying about other players then we will run through himself."
Friday night saw the Penrith Panthers extend their winning start to the season with a solid performance over Canberra Raiders.
Dubbo junior and Panthers centre Matt Burton was solid again scoring a try but teammate and former Forbes fullback Charlie Staines crossed for a double.
Staines first try was courtesy of a brilliant flick pass from Stephen Crichton giving him an open lane to the try line.
The second try however, was more impressive with Staines stepping back inside Jack Wighton to all but seal the game for Penrith.
The Panthers sit clear at the top of the table after five consecutive wins to start the season and will the struggling Brisbane Broncos on Thursday to start round six.
