The two sides who have dominated the competition over the last half decade and Dubbo will be hoping they can bounce back after a shock loss to Cowra last weekend.
Dubbo are likely to enter the final as underdogs due to the unavailability of Mitch Bower, Marty Jeffrey and Tom Nelson but will be boosted by the possible return of Mat Skinner.
Skinner said the group were looking forward to their clash against the defending premiers.
"Everyone is keen to have another crack, there is a bit of a sour taste in the mouth after losing last years grand final to Bathurst so the boys are keen to try and get the win this time," Skinner said.

After Dubbo's loss to Cowra last weekend and Bathurst's win, the latter won the rights to host the final something Skinner feels could be extra motivation.
"It's a bit disappointing, we had a couple of blokes out but it was a game where the boys sort of underestimated Cowra and especially in Cowra, hopefully it was a wake up call to them and the boys were pretty confident and cocky and hopefully it was rude wake up call to them and I hope they switch on for the Bathurst game now,"
Top run-scorer for the competition Ben Wheeler will need to fire for Dubbo, who are without three key batsmen.
"With blokes like Mitch Bower out, it's now up to the rest of the batters to step up and runs on the board so hopefully Benny Wheeler who's been hitting them really well in premier league hopefully he has another good game and young guys like Tom Coady so hopefully he put's his hand up and blokes like Jacob Hill too."
Dubbo: Jacob Hill (c), Charlie Kempston, Ben Wheeler, Tom Coady, Jakke Gardiner, Mat Skinner, Anthony Atlee, Steve Skinner, Ben Knaggs, Lee Price, Bailey Edmunds, Ben Semmler and Roland O'Connor.
