Club president and founder Natasha Petty said it's 'pretty exciting' to be making the come back.
"It's been a short season and we've had quite the loss of income due to coronavirus, so it's pretty exciting," she said.
"The money from the Bunnings sausage sizzle goes into an account which pays for all of our players uniforms for the following season.
"It also helps us to reduce the costs of registration fees.
"The funds raised from the Bunnings sausage sizzles definitely make a contribution to the clubs overall expenses."
Mrs Petty said the sausage sizzles are run by club parents.
"They also help to get us together again during the off season," she said.
"It's a bit socially exciting for our mums and dads running them."
The first sausage sizzle for Dubbo will be held this Saturday, October 10, between 8am and 4pm in the usual sport near the Bunnings entrance.
Changes have been implemented to enhance customer and safety. Separate ordering and 1.5 metres' physical distancing is a must. Customers will also be required to check-in via a Service NSW app.
