The office officially opened on Thursday.
SproutAg CEO, Troy Constance lived in Dubbo some time ago and felt as though it was a good area for them to expand to.
"We work with farmers, most of which are farming families, to help those servicing the Dubbo community to grow and expand," Mr Constance said.
"Before we serviced the Dubbo area from Orange, so the new office will mean farmers can have better access to our services.
Mr Constance said the firm brings unique services to the area.
SproutAg is a family-run Australian financial service firm which provides finance, succession planning, and business advisory services to farmers and supports agribusiness clients re-building against a 3-year-plan as opposed to the typical five-year plan they often see farmers developing.
"We also make sure that our clients have a good management team behind them - which many farming families do not have.
"It is about getting the right people together, to work together towards an end goal with a lot of planning, workshops and mediation, as well as practical support on ground."
The opening of the office has also provided two residents with new positions including SproutAg partner Peter Hollingworth, who has been living in Dubbo for more than 25 years.
Mr Hollingworth will be the key point of contact for Dubbo clients.
