The South Australian resident, who lives in Gawler, is finally able to take part, thanks to the event going virtual.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the Dubbo Stampede committee decided not to hold a physical Stampede this year. It's lead to people signing up to take part virtually from locations across the country.
After years of wanting to do the Dubbo Stampede, Ms Peckham jumped at the chance to take part in the Dingo Dash.

"It's really good they've gone virtual, it gives us an opportunity to do it an pick up a medal," she said.
"It gives you a goal and something to work towards. I never used to be into [virtual events] but since everything stopped I've gotten right into them."
The virtual events have become common for Ms Peckham to take part in. She's done about six so far, including the Brisbane Marathon at the weekend.
Ms Peckham said she used to be a big runner, but after an injury she got into stair climbing. When the gyms closed, she started doing more running again.
"I call it my therapy. I've got a daughter with a disability and I work in disability as well so it gives me something else to think about. I've always kept active," she said.
