I refer to your article this week: "Drug syndicate "smashed" with 16 arrests across Wellington and Sydney".
Whilst I appreciate that Mr Dugald Saunders has an interest in community crime and his comments on this subject are relevant, to photograph this politician with the police inspector involved in the bust is certainly not an act of integrity.
The photograph implies that Mr Saunders was actively responsible and even part of the physical bust.
Mr Saunders, like all politicians is very adept at elevating his profile.
The Daily Liberal needs to resist any influence which tarnishes them as politically driven or biased.
