The annual event fundraises for the Cancer Council. It pairs local stars with dance schools to create a showstopping night of performances.
Initially, the event was scheduled for May 2, but due to COVID-19 restrictions, the event has been rescheduled to October 30.
Cancer Council Western NSW community relations coordinator Katherine Bodiczky said at this stage the ten stars and dance schools were all on board.

"It's been an amazing response from the community," Ms Bodiczky said.
"There are quite a few stars who are at home homeschooling their kids and working from home at the same time, yet still want to be involved. I think that that's a really amazing response and really shows the impact the event has on the community."
The stars started putting together their routines months ago and Ms Bodiczky said a lot of them are now practicing at home in their lounge rooms.
Officially, she's hoping the formal practices will be be able to start back again in the coming months when distancing restrictions are eased.
For the who had bought tickets and can't make it on the new date, staff at Dubbo Regional Theatre and Convention Centre can refund the ticket.
"We've barely had any refunds which is really amazing. We've said to people if they can't come on the new date they can have a refund but for people, if they can't come and they can afford it we're encouraging them to donate the cost of the ticket to the cause," Ms Bodiczky said.
The money raised will go to local Cancer Council projects like Transport to Treatment. It helps get cancer patients to their treatment with the help of volunteer drivers.
Tickets to the Dance for Cancer are available through the DRTCC.
Tax deductible donations can also be made directly to the stars through the Stars of Dubbo 2020 website.
