The website, You Got This Mate, offers support to men in rural areas who are unsure about how and when to take action when it comes to their mental health.
Association Secretary John Gibson says statistics show males between the age of 30 to 40 are at the highest risk of depression, and once you reach retirement, that increases again.
"This is why the Men's Sheds exists, to give each other the support and direction the retirees need," Mr Gibson said.
According to the website, men are three times more likely to die by suicide than women and rural men are much less likely to use psychological services for their mental health problems.
The website was created by the Rural Adversity Mental Health Program (RAMHP) after consultation with rural men.
Former dairy farmer, Warren Davies, said he faced many challenges which significantly impacted his mental health and finding the right type of support took a lot of time and energy.
"If I had access to a website such as You Got This Mate it would have made my journey a lot easier," Mr Davies said.
"This is partly because it allows you to investigate your own journey in your own time and is less intimidating than calling someone that might not understand.
"People living in rural and regional towns also don't have the same access to services that city people have which is why this website is so important."
