He advised they call Dubbo Medical and Allied Health Group on 68159900 or go to hotdoc.com.au and search for Dubbo Respiratory Clinic.
Dubbo Medical and Allied Health Group has been contracted by the federal government to run the clinic at 183 Brisbane Street from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
The clinic, one of 100 to be established in Australia, will treat patients for free.
It aims to take pressure off Dubbo Hospital and other GPs.
Mr Coulton said the lifting of COVID-19 restrictions and getting people back to work would increase the risk of being infected.
"That's why these clinics are in place," he said.
