Mr Owens started his online series, How Ya Goin' With Jason Owen, on Facebook to create something people could enjoy during the hardships of coronavirus.
"I've been a big ambassador for mental health over the last eight years since I broke out into the music scene and I wanted to create something people could enjoy during these hard times, and start general conversations around how everyone is going," Mr Owen's said.

"I wondered if I could create a show that could continue through COVID-19, so I reached out to a few friends of mine to start with and interviewed them.
"It was really more of a yarn, a casual chat, being realistic about the times and seeing how they're going and how they are coping given the current circumstances.
"Surprisingly they got a really good response and I wondered if I could create a show that could continue through COVID-19.
"Mental health is a big thing at the moment because people are locked at home and not able to be going out and doing things. It's really hard especially for those who have lost work, had businesses shut down and have lost income.
"I wanted to be able to keep spirits high, give people a laugh and something to listen to.
"We're all in the same boat, and I know first hand how you can get to a point where you think you're the only one that's in that position. I want people to know that they're not. It's a time where it's very easy for issues to creep up on you.
"The series is about getting the message out that it's ok and we're going to get through it. It's a hard time but there is a light at the end of the tunnel."
So far, Mr Owen's has interviewed Joe Hildebrand, John Paul Young and Tom Wolfe from golden guitar winning country music band The Wolfe Brothers, Johnny Ruffo, Jono Coleman, Damian Leith, Luke Jacobs, fellow country artist Troy Kemp and Rhonda Burchmore.
"I post them every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday each week at 7.30pm," he said.
"For my next interview, (Thursday, April 30), I talk to Mark Orval from Melbourne, known widely on the internet as Angry Dad."
Other guests he has coming up in the next couple of weeks include Johanna Griggs from Better Homes and Gardens, Ryan Gallagher from Married at First Sight and Georgie Parker from Home and Away.
