POLICE have released images of two men who may be able to assist with an investigation into the theft of firearms from a property near Bourke last month.

Between March 10 and March 13, nine firearms were reported stolen from 'Goonery Station' on Bourke-Milparinka Road, about 90 kilometres from Bourke.
Officers attached to Central North Police District attended and commenced an investigation.
Police believe the items were stolen from a gun safe and included a side-by-side double-barrel shotgun, seven rifles and a single barrel shotgun.
Investigators have released COMFIT images of two men who may be able to assist with their inquiries.
The first man is described as being Caucasian appearance, with brown hair and brown eyes.
The second man is described as being of Caucasian appearance with light brown hair and brown eyes.
Police are appealing for anyone with information, or who may have CCTV or dash cam vision from the area to contact Bourke Police Station 6870 0812 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
