Rymer and Bunyip streets and a section of Bomen Street have now been upgraded to bitumen.
It's part of the Village Street Sealing Program for Ballimore, Brocklehurst, Eumungerie and Wongarbon. The program began in 2016/17 when 43 street segments were identified as needed to be sealed.
Since then, 13 have been upgraded to bitumen.

Councillor Greg Mohr, chair of council's infrastructure and liveability committee, has welcomed the improvements.
"People who live in the villages don't ask for much and sealed roads is the main request I hear. In the case of these streets at Ballimore, it is great the school bus can now take a sealed route around the school," Cr Mohr said.
Parents, teachers and students should be very happy.

"This upgrade makes the road safer for motorists, it's better for pedestrians and it will mean less dust being thrown up around the school and the playground, which is an outstanding result. Parents, teachers and students should be very happy."
The next village streets to be sealed will be in Eumungerie later in the financial year.
When the Village Street Seal program began, council planned for it all to be completed within 10 years.
