A 67-year old man was charged at Orange Police Station on Tuesday following an investigation into the assault of an 11-year-old girl.
Police will allege that the man sexually touched the girl - who was a passenger on a bus - in April 2019.

The man has been granted strict conditional bail to appear at Orange Local Court next month.
The Child Abuse and Sex Crimes Squad's investigation into the alleged sexual assault is continuing.
The Child Abuse and Sex Crimes Squad is comprised of detectives who are specially trained to investigate matters against children and adults, including sexual assault, serious physical abuse, and extreme cases of neglect.
