The tournament is in it's 42nd year and featured over 40 teams and more than 100 games over the weekend.
Teams travelled from all over the state including Sydney, Wellington and Coonabarabran.
Dubbo has been a part of the tournament since 2016 and entered six teams this year across the six divisions, including three men and three women's sides.

Dubbo Basketball Association's Mel Birrell said the carnival was a great way to support a charitable cause.
"The weekend helped raise money for the charity and we are really proud of doing that," Birrell said.
Two teams from Dubbo were supporting the Pink Angels charity with the sides wearing pink uniforms as well as, donating $500 to the organisation.
Birrell added the carnival was more about raising more for the Dubbo-based charity and less about the result.
The Pink Angels women's side competed in C-Grade and won two games.
The Men's side, which featured many young players from Dubbo and Gilgandra, competed in B-Grade and were knocked out by Dubbo based team Redbacks featuring Dubbo players such as the Dubbo Rams' Damien Reid and Michael Bonney.
Bonney was named the B-Grade MVP.
The Redbacks team also featured younger players who are aiming to make the Dubbo Rams side for 2020.
Birrell also commended Dubbo referees and officials who were there during the carnival.
The opportunity to play against teams that Dubbo players do not often play against, meeting new people and learning from new coaches were all points Birrell said made the carnival a success.
"The competition brings together communities from all around the state and is a good community event, with people going through hard times such as the drought being able to come together with a common interest."
"Having some of our younger players competing against men and women when they are still quite young will help them improve."
