McCulloch, who played for the Swifts over the last decade and captained them during their 2018 Super Netball season, was in town as a guest speaker at the St Johns sports awards and took the time to train with the Dubbo Netball Association's representative team.

"I was fortunate enough to get out here yesterday and get to do a session with the Dubbo Netball Association with their representative girls, so that was really nice for me to get to see those girls who are going and starting their netball journey," McCulloch said.
McCulloch left the courts impressed with the 'really good' Dubbo youngsters, saying they'd provide a solid challenge to other teams in the competition.
"I'm actually coaching the rep team back in Sutherland, so it was nice to get out here and have a look at some of the girls that mine will be playing against - not in a competitive way - but just to see the comparisons and honestly, I think they match up pretty well with the girls from Sydney."
"They're certainly not missing out from being in Dubbo, having less access to resources, the Dubbo Netball Association is doing a really good job."
After the training session, McCulloch was gifted a Dubbo Netball t-shirt by vice president Kylie McKeown and president Karen Parker.
