The driver was doing more than 50km over the 100km/h speed limit along the Bogan Way near Tullamore.
Police detected her about midday on Saturday.
The 35-year-old woman was from Bourke.
NSW Police said the driver had a child in the vehicle, so followed to Tullamore where her licence was suspended.
The woman had been dealt a $2482 fine and put off the road for six months.
Her plates were not confiscated because it was not her car, police said.
