"We've played Macquarie a number of times over the years, so we know what they're capable of and what they can do," Schink said.
The result was typical of the Bull's methodical performance across this season, wrestling the momentum away from their closest challengers early and not letting the second placed Macquarie outfit make up lost ground in the second half.

"We had a couple of early goals which is always good, but the boys put in an enormous effort in that stretch and Macquarie United couldn't keep up with it," Schink said.
Despite beginning to fatigue as the first half came to a close, the Bulls were able to rally and renew their efforts in the second half to keep Macquarie scoreless.
"We slackened off at the end of the first half, but the boys came out strong again in the second half and got it done."

The win will give the Bulls bragging rights heading into the end of the season, having previously won once and lost once to Macquarie this year.
"The result last we had last time, sort of drove the boys a bit more in this game."
Schink singled out longstanding club player James Leonard and his partner in the centre back position Matt Lovedee for managing to blunt the Macquarie opposition and ensure the Bulls could maintain control.
"Our centre-back pairing of James Leonard and Matt Lovedee were outstanding for us, they didn't let Macquarie have anything," Schink said.
"Those boys definitely deserve a mention."
"Macquarie are a very dangerous team when they get going, but those two didn't let them get away with anything."
The 4 - 0 result will likely ensure Macquarie and the Bulls maintain their current places on the ladder heading into the semi-finals, with both teams sitting at least twelve points ahead of the third place Orana Spurs.
Despite being all but guaranteed the minor premiership, Schink isn't keeping too close an eye on proceedings, with his full focus on the last two regular games with the Newtown Saints and the Westside Panthers.
"We always just go out and play our game and up next, when we play Newtown we're going to do the same," Schink said.
"They're very full of energy, especially for that first sort of twenty minutes, so if you give them the room to move, they'll come out strong, but if we're able to score early, take a few goals, we'll take the energy out of them."
