The free card, which is not means-tested, became available this week.
It provides access to discounts and deals on products and services offered by more than 7400 participating businesses, ranging from hairdressers, cafes, tradespeople and lawyers, to national mobile phone providers and supermarkets.

The new Seniors Savers Card provides the "same discounts and deals" as the established Seniors Card used by retirees.
But it does not allow access to the government rebates and transport concessions available to holders of a Seniors Card who are "fully or largely" retired.
State Member for Dubbo Dugald Saunders is promoting the new card.
"Seniors who choose to stay in the workforce can benefit from the thousands of discounts and services under the NSW Seniors Card Program," he said.
"I know many seniors in our community are feeling the growing pressure of everyday living costs so this new card means they can save money for the things that matter to them."
NSW Minister for Seniors John Sidoti said the government recognised and valued the contribution seniors made to society.
"With people working longer and retiring later, fewer are qualifying for a Seniors Card at age 60, so the introduction of this new card means seniors across the state won't miss out on being part of the savings bonanza," he said.
To apply for a Seniors Savers Card visit the Service NSW website, call into a service centre in person, or call 13 77 88.
