Corey Delaney fronted Dubbo Local Court on Wednesday afternoon, accused of supplying cannabis on three occasions and recklessly dealing with proceeds of crime – to the value of $3,000.
Mr Delaney is also alleged to have knowingly participated in a criminal group involving Adam Carnevale and Tracey Gould, who were both arrested in Strike Force Bato raids on Monday morning.
Mr Carnevale is behind bars while his partner Ms Gould was granted bail.
Caine Rootes, another Dubbo man arrested as part of the operation, is also in custody.
Mr Delaney was granted bail by Magistrate Gary Wilson, despite the prosecution opposing bail because Mr Delaney has faced charges for supplying drugs previously.
