POLICE are investigating an overnight fire which is suspected to have been lit by an arsonist.

Fire and Rescue NSW crews were called to a property on the corner of Armstrong Crescent and Myall Street at 8pm on Wednesday following reports of a shed fire.
“The shed was well alight and was extinguished quickly [by firefighters],” Station Officer Mick Medlin said.
This was the second time in just a few days that emergency service personnel have been called to the site.
“This location was the same location of a previous house fire on Australia Day,” Station Officer Medlin said.
“That fire was also suspicious.”
Police are now investigating both fires.
