They may be golden oldies but these vintage trucks and tractors keep chugging along just like the day they were built.

The Dubbo Vintage Truck and Tractor Show drew a big crowd to the showground at the weekend as people relived the glory days of steam-powered tractors and classic cars.
Displays ranged from the mechanical to the musical with plenty on show for farm machinery enthusiasts as well as a performance of some classic country tunes to get toes tapping.
There was also a display of old-fashioned engine-powered sheep shearing as well as a parade of all the vintage trucks, trailers and tractors.
Another highlight at the show was the handing over of a $6500 cheque from the central west branch of the Australian Grain Harvesters Association to the Royal Flying Doctor Service
(RFDS) Dubbo Support Group.
The central west branch of the Australian Grain Harvesters Association has folded because of a lack of members and they are now donating their remaining funds to local charities.
Secretary and treasurer Kevin Sinclair said the RFDS was the perfect choice.
“We want this money to benefit someone in the central west,” he said.
