Rob, 26, will play in the second row while Paul, 23, will come off the bench as a replacement halfback.
While Rob is an established forward within the Dubbo Kangaroos, Paul will be having his first year with the club.
The brothers are looking forward to the chance to play on the same team once again when the Blue Bulls play Illawarra at Blayney on Saturday.
"It has been a couple of years since we played together for University
of New England in Armidale," Rob said.
"We have played in the same side on a few occasions but we went our own ways for a couple of years.
"Now that Paul is back in Dubbo it is good to be in the same side again."
Paul has recently returned to Dubbo following a stint in Canberra where he played for Uni Norths and said he was hoping that brothers in the side would benefit the Blue Bulls' chances.
"We know each other's games pretty well," Paul said.
"Hopefully we will be able to pull out some of the moves we used in the backyard as kids."
While the brothers played league and union as juniors, Paul said they were both destined to play senior rugby.
"While we played both codes, we were always drawn to rugby a bit more," he said.
"As it has turned out it was the right decision because we both love playing the game and have made different representative squads."
The Central West squad has been training since November, with Rob saying that competition for places inspired him.
"We have done some pretty hard training to make this squad and there were plenty of blokes pushing for selection," he said.
"I used that as inspiration to keep going because during the hot training sessions it gets very hard."
Both men said they were confident of Central West performing well in the SPC tournament, with Rob adding that the all-round ability of the squad was impressive.
"We have a very big and mobile forward pack coupled with a back line littered with players from last year's premiers CSU, so across the park, everyone is very skilled," he said.
