As well as the Dubbo cases, in the 24 hours to 8pm on Tuesday night there were six identified in Bathurst, three in Mudgee and seven in Orange.
There have now been 1924 confirmed cases of COVID in the Western NSW LHD.
However, there are currently no cases in hospital.

Earlier in the week Dubbo City Regional Airport was named as a venue of concern.
Anyone who was at the airport on Friday, December 10 between 4.30pm to 5.15pm should monitor for COVID-19 symptoms.
If a cough, fever or flu-like symptoms develop, residents are urged to get tested.
Meanwhile, NSW has recorded 1360 new cases of COVID-19 and one death.
In terms of vaccination, 94.8 per cent of people have had a dose of vaccine while 93.2 per cent are fully vaccinated.
For the 12-15 year old population, 81.4 per cent have had one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and 77.8 per cent have had two doses.
