The service will be held at the cenotaph from 10.30am.
Remembrance Day marks the end of World War I at 11am on November 11, 1918.
The community is encouraged to have one minute's silence to remember those who died in armed conflicts.
The public gathering in Victoria Parl will only be open to double-vaccinated residents in line with COVID-safe requirements.
Attendees will be required to demonstrate proof of vaccination. They will also need to check in with a QR code on site.

Hand sanitisation stations will be available and social distancing should be practiced where applicable.
Anyone feeling unwell or experiencing flu-like symptoms on the day is asked to stay home.
There will also be the option of attending the event virtually.
Dubbo Regional Council will be livestreaming the service from 10.30am on its website and Facebook page.
Road closures will be in place between 10.15am until 11.15am.
The Darling and Wingewarra streets intersection, Darling and Talbragar streets intersection and Darling and Church streets intersection will be closed.
If it's raining, the service will be held at the Dubbo Regional Theatre and Convention Centre.
The public will be notified of the wet weather contingency by no later than 8am Thursday. The same COVID-safe provisions will apply but masks will be required.
