The fundraiser aims to raise awareness for issues with men's health including mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer.
Richard Hall of Halls Transport said 15 of the staff members were participating in the fundraiser as best as they could.
"Whether that be actively growing a mo, or taking on the challenge to grow a mo, the workplace will participate to whatever extent their capabilities allow," he said.
"Whether it be a luscious mo to show or a good laugh, we all believe it a cause worth taking part in."
The Halls team has a goal of raising $1000 throughout November which has been an increase in their figure in previous years.
Mr Hall said growing a moustache was an easy endeavour for some but some of the team had struggled.

"Growing a mo does seem to be a difficult task for some involved, however regardless of the challenge at hand they participate in the cause," he said.
"Not only does the attempt create a good banter session within the team, but it boosts morale within the workplace to challenge themselves to have the best (or not so existent "best") mo."
For Mr Hall and the rest of the team taking part in Movember is something they look forward to each year due to the importance of what the fundraiser represents.
"The importance of Movember is up there with many other amazing causes making a difference in the ever-changing world we live in," he said.
"However, being a predominantly male workplace, we feel this cause is a closer one to us that we can actively take part in to not only raise awareness for those close to us within our workplace and families.
"By growing a mo to create a conversation around the cause, but those around us that we carry out business with daily and spreading the web of conversation which in turn carries through the community."
While the majority of the workplace is made up of men, two other businesses workers have been doing their part to raise awareness as well.
"Even being a majority male workplace, this does not mean that the females within our team don't get behind the cause with us," he said.
"Jo and Monique have in previous years carried out the move for Movember and walked 60 kilometres throughout November.
"Each kilometre represents one of the 60 males that take their life to suicide each hour. Mon even took it that one step further and signified her participation in the cause by getting a "Mo-Sista" tattoo, so she raises awareness of the cause every day of the year."
