The HomeWorld Helper grants were provided by the Sydney Thunder and will give each club $1000 to help improve the growth and development of younger players.
The $1000 grant will be used by the ten clubs to either improve diversity and inclusion opportunities, equipment, uniforms, coach and local promotion of cricket.
Dubbo Rugby Cricket Clubs' Glenn Shepherd said it was a great initiative for an organisation like the Sydney Thunder to run.
"It's fantastic," he said.
"It's great when you see some of the higher up names and organisations look to support grassroots cricket.
"At the end of the day, our job out here is to get as many kids playing cricket and staying with cricket as we can."

Dubbo Rugby Cricket Club will use its grant to help provide low-cost cricket participation and update junior equipment for its teams.
Shepherd knows the money will be used wisely by the club who are trying to get as many children to play cricket as they can.
"It's always nice to get a bit of support," he said.
"As you know running clubs is not a cheap exercise.
"We're all about trying to get as many kids playing cricket for as long as we can.
"That will take away any cost barriers keeping kids out of the game.
"It's much appreciated."
