Dubbo city itself has completed four days with no new reports of COVID-19.
A further 11 patients have also made full recovery in the 24 hours to 8pm Wednesday.
There has been no new hospitalisations across the region within the same timeframe.
Residents across Walgett, Oberon and Bathurst are being encouraged to get COVID-19 tested.
Residents with no symptoms are encouraged to be tested for COVID-19 surveillance.
