From her crowd favourite episode with a raw and vulnerable Jane Diffy to speaking with 'everyday people' from inside the classroom about their personal experiences, the TICK Podcast provides a positive and educative space for all teachers far and wide.
"I just thought, there's nothing else like the TICK podcast in the area," she said.
"I listen to podcasts anyway, you can do it while out walking or at the gym or while doing housework, and I think it's a growing medium- it's only going to get better.
"It's a good way of talking with other teachers and professionals.
"I speak to speech pathologists, occupational therapists, and get their opinion on topics and learn from what they talk about and then I can share that knowledge with other teachers."
Ms Campbell said her purpose was to give teachers information they could use.
"I have episodes on teacher/parent interviews, international baccalaureate schools, personal experiences, there's one where I spoke with an Occupational Therapist. There are about 54 episodes now and I upload one every week."
"There's always a take away. I think it would help a lot of people. I have 20 years of experience behind me and I'm still learning. I think, if someone is eager to learn or think outside the box then the podcast is a really valuable source to use.
"If I was to reflect on a favourite episode, I couldn't pick one, but one that stands out is the one I did with Jane Diffy - it's close to my heart because it was a really emotional episode. I had no idea she would be so raw and share everything she did and I was really grateful that she was so happy to share her story. And I think it is the most popular episode."

Mrs Campbell said the TICK Podcast was unique because she's talking to everyday people.
"I'm not talking to people removed from the classroom or the academics- I'm talking to people in the classroom," she said.
A new episode of TICK Podcast is posted every week on Wednesday mornings and is available on Apple Podcast and Spotify.
Episodes can also be found through the Tick Podcast Instagram or at tickteaching.com.
