Ray White Rural Dubbo has experienced a mountain of success across 2020 and 2021, something which it will no doubt be striving to achieve again in the next 12 months of sales.
Mr McAneney explained over the last several years the business had been focused on improving.
"The group sold a record total of $2.44 billion worth of property in the last 12 months," he said.
"Since we have separated ourselves from the residential business some seven years ago, we have focused on bringing a new level of service and promotion to our core markets of rural and rural lifestyle properties in our territory."
Mr McAneney believes the award is also a credit to wonderful team at the agency who deserve the praise just as much as the top-selling principal in the country.
"I see this award as recognition of our ability as a team to be seen as the stand-out rural business within the marketplace," he said.
"This award not only recognises the success of the past year, it is also great motivation to work even harder in the coming year."
After selling over billions of dollars of property in the last 12 months, Mr McAnenery and his team got off to a strong start after a historic recent sale.
Mr McAneney and his team recently completed the sale of 'Miriam' on Old Dubbo Road which attracted interest from parties across the country.
The awards night was held over Zoom due to COVID-19 restrictions meaning Mr McAneney was unable to receive his award in person but the awards were still able to recognise the top offices and individuals across Australia.
Ray White Rural Chairman Paul White feels the rankings were a sign of how well individuals within the business had been doing during a tricky period.
"It fills me with immense pride every year when our state awards are announced and our people are recognised," he said.
"To see so many individuals performing so well within the group can be put down to hard work and dedication.
"So many of our members are achieving and exceeding personal bests.
"Some exciting results for our group overall."
