Isaah Yeo has struck up a strong combination with Penrith halves Cleary and Jarome Luai, often acting as an extra ball player in his side's attack.
His ability to use the ball and also cart it forward has been key for the Panthers all season and Justin, who played at the top level for North Sydney and Balmain in the past, knows it could make the difference against the Rabbitohs in the biggest game of the season.
"They've got a really good relationship and it works really well," Justin said of his son and Cleary.
"The boys they lead have such respect for them."

The Mudgee-based Yeos will have many other relatives in Dubbo also glued to the TV come Sunday night.
"We're hoping for a victory but it's going to be a very tough game," Justin added.
"The last time they played Souths they lost, so they're obviously going to have to play their best. It's the time of year where anything can happen.
"He's got a lot of family in Mudgee and Dubbo who will be watching him. He's going to represent the Central West and his family."
While the result is far from certain, one thing which can be relied on is Isaah's consistency at lock and his desire as co-captain to not let down his teammates.
"I think he likes to try to lead by example so his effort is always 100 per cent," Isaah's mother, Amy said.
"He'll come off and tell us how completely exhausted he was and that he didn't think he would get through it but he always lifts and he does."
