AFL Central West hosted a virtual award ceremony on Thursday night to award the senior best and fairest winners with Warner taking home the top prize.
Remarkably, Warner finished on 25 votes in total which gave her a mammoth winning margin of 13 votes to second place which was the Orange Tigers' Elizabeth Gibson who finished on 12.
The ever humble Demons star admitted she was honoured to receive the award again.
"I didn't really know because I was quite late home," she said.
"I hadn't had a chance to tune to watch the count or anything so it was only when the girls started sending messages.
"So it was really nice."
Warner believes this year's competition was one of the highest quality season there has been, which shows the strength of football in the region.

"I think that's probably the biggest thing," she said.
"I absolutely loved this season and enjoy playing footy.
"It was a really good comp and there was some really good matches from all the teams this year.
"It was just a really year in general for everyone."
Warner admitted she couldn't be happier to be part of the Demons club and Womens side who have produced some outstanding football over the last several seasons.
"That's been such a big part of it," she said.
"It makes it worthwhile travelling to training and matches when you've got people at the other end you can enjoy spending time with.
"There was just a fantastic vibe around the team all year.
"I'm very proud of how the Demons went."
While this seasons finals campaign was abandoned due to COVID-19, Warner already has her eyes set on next season and hopes the Demons can come back bigger and better.
"Hopefully we have a lot of the players come back from this year," she said.
"I think everyone really enjoyed it."
Apart from Warner, Demons Men's Tier 1 midfielder Tom Byrnes was the only other Dubbo player to finish in the top three for the best and fairest voting.
Byrnes was somewhat of a revelation this season for the Demons as the side improved throughout the year and could've caused some problems in the finals had their gone ahead.
After moving to Dubbo midway through the season, Byrnes had an outstanding campaign and will no doubt be one to watch for the Demons next season as they continue to attempt to break their premiership drought.
The Demons' improvement was highlighted by a five game winning streak during the season including defeating every side at least once and for the first time in several years beating the Bathurst Bushrangers at their George Park fortress.
Parkes' Mitchell Stubberfield and Cowra veteran Frank Bright were joint winners of the Tier 2 best and fairest award.
