For Everingham, the end of the break is almost here.
"It's been a long break," Everingham said.
"Hopefully we get back to it soon but it's been a little bit tough.
"I've been fortunate enough to continue working as an essential worker so that's been good."
Everingham has also taken part in the Supercars E-Series, competing virtually against some of the best drivers in the country.

Bathurst will now host a six-day motorsport festival including the Great Race which will bring some of the best drivers in the world to the region.

"Absolutely," he said.

The Bathurst 1000 is scheduled to take place after a massive break for drivers with the dates confirmed to be from November 30 through to December 5.
