NRMA has worked with NSW Health and the state's Infectious Control Unit to ensure the site is safe and secure.
NRMA Parks and Resorts CEO Paul Davies said the organisation was pleased to become part of the western NSW efforts against the pandemic.
"NRMA has a long history of be helping out in a crisis and we are pleased to be able to offer a well-suited option for people needing to safely isolate."
Western NSW Local Health District chief executive Scott McLachlan announced the "good positive piece of news" at Tuesday's daily COVID update.
"We've now got accommodation service in Dubbo with the Dubbo NRMA caravan park, which has offered up a lot of the cabins and other accommodation on site," he said.
"Now this is a crucial step for us in making sure we can look after people with COVID and some of their family and close household contacts that need accommodation away from their normal household.
"And so it's a critical step and a positive solution, so thank you to the NRMA caravan park for stepping in to provide this support."
