It includes 18 of new cases of community transmission in Dubbo.
It brings the total number of COVID cases in the Dubbo local government area to 401.
Across the Western NSW Local Health District there were 25 new cases. In addition to those in Dubbo, there were three in Narromine, two in Bourke, one in Brewarrina and one in Nyngan.

While the number of new cases in Dubbo has dipped, Dubbo MP Dugald Saunders said it should not be seen as a trend.
He's also encouraged anyone who hasn't already been vaccinated to take advantage of the Australian Defence Force's last day in Dubbo.
During his 12pm update, Mr Sanders said the wait time at the Pioneer Park clinic was only 30 minutes.
The pop-up clinic will run until 4.30pm on Sunday.
NSW Heath has also detected traces of COVID in the sewage at Trangie and Walgett. There are concerns undiagnosed cases of COVID-19 are in the community.
There were six deaths from COVID-19 recorded in the same 24 hour time period.
Meanwhile in the seven days to Saturday, 835,000 people in NSW came forward for vaccination.
NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian said she expected 70 per cent of the population to be fully vaccinated by mid-October.
