According to police after some protest, Naden walked off before he was spotted kicking another trolley and pushing it onto the road where it fell over.
Naden continued to walk away, before police asked him to return and remove the trolley from the road.
According to police, Naden became indigent stating "what? What's your problem c--k sucker?!".
Officers said they could smell strong intoxicating liquor on Naden, his eyes were red and glazed and his words were slurred.
The senior constable asked Naden for his identification, who continued to berate and abuse the officer standing in close proximity saying "what you gonna do c--k sucker?!".
Due to his offensive conduct police informed Naden he was required to leave the Dubbo CBD and not return for six hours.
He continued to hurl abuse at police and moved in close to the senior constable who pushed Naden in the chest in an effort to distance himself.
Naden grabbed onto the officer's wrist, and the officer took him to the ground. During a short struggle Naden was informed he was under arrest.
About three months later, Naden was witnessed by an off-duty police officer to have smashed the glass entry door to the Cross Coffee House on Macquarie Street at about 11.30pm on April 24.
Three months later, Naden was witnessed by an off-duty police officer smashing the glass entry door to the Cross Coffee House on Macquarie Street at about 11.30pm.
The officer then saw Naden enter the Castlereagh Hotel by climbing the rear fence, and sit with a group of unknown people who noticed he was bleeding heavily from the hand and arms.
A concerned patron took Naden to the bathroom to wash the injuries.
According to police, officers entered the hotel to look for him and found him in the bathroom, where he appeared to be well affected by drugs and alcohol.
Naden was disorientated by his surroundings, had slurred speech and was unsteady on his feet. He told arresting officers he had been drinking alcohol and taken MDMA.
He was arrested and taken to Dubbo Hospital for treatment to his injuries.
In Dubbo Local Court this month, Naden pleaded guilty to destroy or damage property, continuing with intoxicated behaviour after a move on direction from police and resist an officer in the execution of duty.
Magistrate Gary Wilson said he hoped Naden had "learned from all this".
"If you come back here with that sort of behaviour toward police, you'll end up in jail," he said.
"There's no sort of excuse for that behaviour, including your level of intoxication."
Naden was convicted and sentenced to a 12-month community corrections order and fined $650.
