"Hundreds" of people have registered their interest online in the 72 apartments of the yet-to-be-built No.1 Church Street, earmarked for the corner of Church and Bligh streets.
They will be invited to the marketing suite to inspect the interior of an apartment and an 18-metre-long "light wall" showing views from the seventh floor.

Dubbo's John Walkom, co-developer of the $35 million riverside project approved by Dubbo Regional Council, attended the opening of the marketing suite at 99 Macquarie Street this week.
He admits to being surprised at the number of Dubbo and Western NSW residents who want a slice of "relaxed and effortless living".
"Our market research showed demand was there," Mr Walkom said.
"It was just hard to measure the extent of the demand.
"You think with 72 apartments you would have 100 or so people interested but we have exceeded that."
Mr Walkom, his brother Kevin and Australian business icon Gerry Harvey are developing No.1 Church Street on the central business district site where hoarding is currently being erected and the countdown for the demolition of an existing building has begun.
At the peak of the construction we are estimating 350 on site.

Sydney-based Ironbrook Property Group is delivering the project and already using "locals", according to John Walkom.
Concreters, plasters, electricians, plumbers, gyprockers, cabinetmakers, tilers and glaziers are among the "locals" who will also be offered work.
"At the peak of the construction we are estimating 350 on site," Mr Walkom said.
"The local guys are keen to be part of it."
Mr Walkom says the project will be a $100 million "economic stimulus".
"A quick rule of thumb is multiple by three and that normally gives you a bit of an indication," he said.
The new building will also feature retail and communal facilities on its "podium level" with two levels of car parks on the bottom.
It has taken almost six years of planning to get the project off the ground after the purchase of the site 15 years ago.
Mr Walkom said it had generated "a level of interest from people out of metropolitan areas and from around Australia" but the majority of potential buyers were close to home.
"The majority want to live here which we are excited about," he said.
Mr Walkom can't wait to see the finished product which will include a penthouse, sub-penthouses, and apartments with one, two and three bedrooms, all with "good views".
Bob Berry Real Estate has been appointed the selling agent for No.1 Church Street.
