Apex Oval will host the clash between the second-placed Bulls and third-placed Spurs with the latter coming into the match full of confidence after defeating the Orange Waratahs last weekend.
Bulls' Alex Richardson-Bell knows the match-up against Spurs will be a brutal encounter.
"Big game, it means a lot to both teams," he said.

"We've got the bye next week so it is sort of crucial that we do get the win but it's not going to be an easy feat.
"We will have to come out with our best game and earn it because Spurs are looking red-hot at the moment so it should be an interesting match up.
"In my opinion, it's two of the best teams in the comp coming together at this time of year."
Bulls and Spurs are every chance to meet again after Saturday's match in the final series but Richardson-Bell feels it is not an advantage or disadvantage playing their rivals so many times in the season.
"It's a benefit but it's not a benefit," he said.
"The more you play them, the more you know the team but they also know you.
"You can't really pull a rabbit out of the hat and show them your strengths but it's definitely a good thing to see them before the finals.
"Between Bulls and Spurs we have always had a positive and hard relationship.
"Hard on the field in the sense that we do respect you, but you have to earn it."
Bulls are coming off a 4-all draw against Mudgee last weekend but Richardson-Bell knows the side can improve.
"Without throwing any shade at Mudgee they definitely did earn it," he said.
"They came out and put us on the back foot early and we had to play some scrappy football to get us back in contention to win the game.
"Mudgee, no discredit to them, they probably challenged us in spots which we haven't been challenged in so far this season. But 4-all speaks for itself really."
