Paul Hagarty, Murray Wood, Julie Webster, Scott Macleod, Charlie Nguyen and Andrew McKay have already signed up to take part in the NSW Vinnies Community Sleepout.
They'll spend the night sleeping at the gaol on Friday, August 27.
All of the money raised from the sleepout will be used to support the work Vinnies does locally to assist people experiencing, or who are at risk of, homelessness.
Mr Nguyen said he already had his sleeping bag and warm clothes ready.

"I think this is a good event for me to support the community and encourage people to support all the homeless people around Dubbo," he said.
It's not Mr Nguyen's first time sleeping rough for charity. He took part in the sleepout two years ago at St Brigid's Hall.
"I think it's going to be totally different because when we did it at St Brigid's there was a heater, I don't think there's going to be a heater here. It will be really cold," he said.
But the chef is hoping he's able to convince a few friends to join him on the night.
Vinnies event coordinator Dan Sullivan hopes participants in the sleepout will gain a greater understanding of the hardship experienced in the community.
"This year's event will have a greater local focus to highlight the reality that hardship can affect everyone," he said.
"In the past year, 67 per cent of people seeking assistance from Vinnies members in Dubbo did so due to a lack of food."
Mr Sullivan said one of the major contributors leading to hardship and homelessness in Dubbo was the lack of social housing. There are 419 people currently on the social housing waitlist.
"Around one-fifth of the people we assisted in the past year were homeless or living in temporary accommodation."
Mr Sullivan thanked all of the people who had already signed up for the sleepout, and Dubbo Regional Council for hosting it at the Old Dubbo Gaol.
Anyone can register to take part in the Dubbo Community Sleepout or donate via the Vinnies website.
Vinnies NSW is following the evolving COVID-19 situation and adhering to public health orders. It may result in changes to what is currently planned for the fundraising event.
