Bulls co-captain/coach James Leonard said he thought the side were close to producing a performance like they did in the 7-2 win.
"We sort of haven't been too far away from it the whole season," he said.
"We are just starting to finish our goals a lot better now so it's really impressive."
Brody Austin was the star for Bulls scoring a hat-trick and Leonard knows it was well deserved.

"He worked tirelessly up front," he said.
"He defended from the front which is what we like to do and then to finish with another three goals is bloody unreal."
Leonard admitted Bulls were not perfect on the day.
"We sort of shut down after 25 minutes," he said.
"That was the most disappointing thing, we had a talk at half-time about the second half of the first half but then the boys picked up where we started which was awesome."
Leonard himself scored off a free kick while Alex Richardson-Bell scored a double and the Bulls skipper felt it was a good reward for his efforts.
"He's bloody so useful wherever you put him," he said.
"We have been playing him at right back for the first half of the season because he hates losing but upfront he is just a weapon."
Bulls star Kane Settree continued his brilliant season with another goal for the home side in the win.
Brad Luka and Aizen Takahira scored for Lithgow who sit just one point ahead of Mudgee for bottom spot on the ladder.
The win for Bulls gives them some breathing room over local rivals Orana Spurs, who after their win on the weekend are just four points back from second place.
The Bulls still sit three points behind Orange Waratahs who are in first, with the sides to meet later on in the season for the second time.
