The feature sprint headlines the weekend's showcase meeting at Coonamble and some top-class gallopers will be in action on what could be a heavy track after the rain late in the week.
As is often the case, trainers Clint Lundholm and Danny Williams are heading back to where they grew up in the hope of claiming a special win.
Lundholm, now at Dubbo, and Williams, now at Goulburn and one of the top trainers in country NSW, regularly make trips back to the Coonamble track to support the town and club they grew up around.
Lundholm will have Good Time Charlie in the feature, with Grant Buckley taking the ride on the seven-year-old from gate eight.

Good Time Charlie ran a disappointing last at Gunnedah when first-up from a spell last month but showed more promise earlier this month when he finished first in a Dubbo trial.
Williams will saddle up one of the favourites in Bold And Wild.
Formerly trained by Bjorn Baker, Born And Wild will have his second start for Williams on Sunday.
Lundholm will be joined in the Cannonball field by fellow Dubbo trainer Brett Robb and Dar Lunn.
Robb has the top weight in recent Narromine Diggers Cup and Mudgee Gooree Cup winner A Magic Zariz while Classy Rebel will race for Lunn having scored wins at Wellington and Gulgong in his past three starts along with an impressive second to Golden Avenger at Dubbo.
Making the longest trip of any trainer is the Broken Hill-based Michael Wayman.
It's close to a 10-hour trek to Coonamble with the horse float but it will be worth it for Wayman if Superhard can secure the cup.
Jockey Ken Dunbar has some work to do as Superhard will carry 61.5kg and he drew gate 10.
Superhard has impressed Weyman in four starts for his remote stables and the trainer thinks more good things are ahead.
"I had my birthday last year and saw him for sale, I started bidding and they started bidding back, and I bought him," Wayman told the NSW Country and Picnic Racing website this week.
"He wasn't the soundest horse when I got him, but he is very sound now, so I just want to win a race with him, and I'll see what we'll do after that.
"I think he is capable of going to Sydney and getting in at 54kg and causing a bit of damage."
The Cannonball headlines Sunday's eight-race program and jumps at 3.45pm.
