The Accidental Counsellor workshop is being held by Lifeline Dubbo for community members interested in completing an open course.
The course will provide participants with skills and knowledge to best support another person in a moment of need.
Participants will also learn the self-care tools to ensure their own wellbeing is in focus.

Completion of the course does not make participants qualified counsellors, however, it builds confidence in how to provide appropriate support in critical moments.
The workshop will take place at the Westside Hotel on Tuesday, June 15 from 9am to 12:30pm.
To RSVP visit training@lifelinecentralwest.org.au or or call 300 798 258.
