The woman and her partner, who has also since tested positive, visited Dubbo's Reading Cinema, CSC (Church Street Cafe), and the Coles Express Shell Petrol Station in West Dubbo on Wednesday and Thursday, June 2 and 3.
The couple also stayed overnight at the Homestead Motel in Dubbo.
Church Street Cafe manager Errin Williamson said, as one of the venues to host the pair, it has resulted in a shortage of staff members at the cafe, with six staff members currently in self-isolation.
"We have six less staff members then we normally have," she said.
"But, we're lucky that we do have another team at Down The Lane that we're able to pull staff from as well.
"That's been really good, they've [the staff at Down The Lane] been really supportive in that way."
Miss Williamson said Church Street Cafe has kept up a high level of hygiene and she is confident in the safety procedures that have and continue to be in place at the cafe.
"We're really confident in our procedures that we already follow," she said.
"We have been maintaining a high level of hygiene including social distancing, sanitising between every customer, all surfaces and requesting that customers sanitise as they check in to the venue."
Miss Williamson said Church Street Cafe had also since completed a 'professional deep clean' which is part of their normal processes.
"We are in consultation with NSW health and we will continue to take all of the advice that is given to us."
Each of the four venue's have undergone deep cleaning and all staff working on the days the couple visited are undergoing COVID-19 testing and completing a 14-day isolation.
While this means the venues will be without some of their staff members, all four venues have been able to resume operations as normal and have remained open to the public.
Anyone who was at any of the above venues is being advised by NSW Health to get tested.
